"R K KATHARE & SONS" has its roots established in 1945 in the form of a small retail kirana shop in Hubli, Karnataka, by Late. Shri RAMCHANDRASA KATHARE, the founder of RK GROUP always cherished the dream of building an empire, leaving a mark on other business houses and get close to the heart of a common man.

His dream was realized in 1996 when a new feather was added to the cap of R K GROUP when RK AGRI FOODS PVT LTD was established. For the first time R K GROUP was venturing in manufacturing & packing start up. For the early years of starting it was indulged more into cleaning and wholesale packaging to support its mother firm. And then a new top of the class packing unit was set up in 2012 which gave us opportunity to serve the end customer.
